Description: The world has got to crack down on stupid people. They are filling the streets. It's not about education, it's about moral and ethical family upbringing. People are formed by their family units, they are shapped by them. If a person goes array it's because of their upbringing and society molded them like that. We must crack down on hoodlums and sheer stupid people (persons ingnorant to social cognitive thingking). Good families make other good families. Start with them. Pamphlets should be given out, gross social misbehavior should be punished sevearly. Semminars and lectures should be available to enlighten the populace of one's own ingorance and implaccable dumbness. This will be a major effort and an important step to the illuminous Utopia that man has dreamed for.
