Uranium Mining Quota
A resolution to increase the quality of the world's environment, at the expense of industry.

Description: This resolution will enact a quota on the mining of Uranium for 2 main reasons.
Firstly- Some nations may use surplus uranium deposits to build nuclear weapons, which are contrary to the shared ideal of world peace.
Secondly-Very often, large areas of environment are destroyed by such mining and are left uninhabitable and permanently ruined.
The quota introduced would be nation specific and would make sure that it only produced enough uranium for nuclear power programmes.
It would also set up a committee of nations to advise and enforce methods for the most environmentally friendly forms of mining.
