Protection of animals act
A resolution to increase the quality of the world's environment, at the expense of industry.

Description: Considering all the other resolutions that have come into effect protecting animals it is time to include one that will end them all.
1. No animal may be harmed or killed
A. Unless it is a pest or you have a licence to hunt it.
2. A pest shall be defined by a special committe which shall have equal representatives from all viewpoints.
3. No animal can be over hunted.
A. Over hunting consists of killing more animals than 10% of new births.
B. Hunting licences can only be given by the government.
4. If any of these rules are broken a fee shal be imposed.
