YS - Port Macoute is the best option. Simba is the second least environmentally-damaged island and therefore most populous and productive.
(Mars Robert is the least environmentally damaged but has a very small population)
The other option is Bandido Bay, but the Monsterosos can, quite often, be a little difficult...
